We posted about Reagan before, and we’re back now looking for a new home for him. As you may recall, he suffered a severe knee injury after he was claimed from us. Upon hearing what happened to him, we took him back and sent him to have surgery on the knee. He has been a great patient and is doing quite well. He has gone through the stall rest and hand-walking phases of his recuperation, and is now out in a small paddock. His knee was x-rayed recently so that we could as accurately as possible tell of what he can do in the future. He does have a little bit of arthritis in the knee, so Dr. Palmer’s recommendation is that he be considered a light riding horse or pasture buddy. Reagan is a very large gelding with a pleasant personality. If anyone is interested in adopting Reagan, please contact us. Thanks!
